Her professional background gives her deep insight into the protection of landowner, hunter, and cattlemen’s rights, as well as the importance of government accountability. When she isn’t managing real estate, Tammy enjoys riding horseback and ATV trails and spending time with her family in the Northwoods. DALE IRISH Vice President Dale Irish is a veteran woodsman with over 50 years of experience pursuing deer in their natural habitat. A staunch advocate for hunters' rights, Dale possesses a deep understanding of the predator-prey relationship and the ecological necessity of balanced management. He joins the board to champion the importance of predator control as a vital component of maintaining a healthy and thriving deer herd. Dale’s five decades of firsthand field experience provide a grounded, practical perspective to the Hunters 4 Hunters mission. JAKE BERGREN Secretary Jake Bergren is a lifelong outdoor enthusiast whose passion for hunting and conservation was forged in the woods of Northern Minnesota. From his earliest years tracking whitetails and managing traplines with his family, Jake developed a deep-rooted commitment to the outdoors that serves as the foundation for his work today. As a board member for Hunters 4 Hunters, he is dedicated to preserving these heritage traditions and ensuring that the same opportunities exist for the next generation. Jake’s guiding philosophy is simple: “Life is short, never stop chasing your dreams!” Scott Olson Treasurer Scott Olson is a retired medical device industry professional with a lifelong dedication to Minnesota’s hunting and fishing traditions. Over the past 28 years, Scott has focused on mentoring the next generation, passing on his passion for the outdoors to his four sons. He joins the Hunters 4 Hunters board with a commitment to hunter education and a goal of improving the hunting experience across both public and private lands. Scott and his wife, Denise, reside in central MN, where they continue to advocate for the state's hunting heritage. DILLAN PORTER Executive Director Dillan Porter is a co-founder and the Executive Director of Hunters 4 Hunters. An outdoorsman since childhood, Dillan’s career is defined by a strong entrepreneurial spirit, including a background in the deer farming industry and the production of major regional sport shows. With a professional history in both industry leadership and information technology, he brings a unique strategic skill set to the organization. Dillan is dedicated to ensuring that Minnesota’s hunting traditions are preserved for his own children and all future generations. STEVE PORTER Board Member Steve Porter is a former law enforcement officer and the founder of a comprehensive whitetail deer farm established in 1992. With decades of experience in deer breeding, sport show exhibition, and hunting operations, Steve offers a unique perspective on Minnesota’s wildlife industry. He is passionate about leveraging his life’s work to serve H4H in preserving a healthy hunting heritage for future generations. Steve and his wife, Peggy, have a large family including four sons and four grandchildren. JEFF REIDMANN Board Member Jeff Reidmann is a 40-year veteran of the commercial fishing industry and a lifelong hunter. He joins the board to provide a dedicated voice for Minnesota’s outdoor businesses, drawing on decades of experience at the intersection of industry and natural resource management. Jeff is committed to leveraging his professional background to help H4H promote a sustainable and thriving hunting environment across the state. GREG FRIEDRICH Board Member Greg Friedrich is a veteran land manager and conservationist with over 40 years of experience as an avid deer hunter. He currently manages 700 acres of private hunting property and has completed QDMA’s Level 1 and 2 Deer Stewardship programs. Along with his wife, Colleen, Greg is dedicated to passing on hunting traditions to the next generation. A University of Minnesota-trained hobbyist beekeeper, Greg’s daily work in the field fuels his commitment to effective predator management and habitat health. HUNTER RISTAMAKI Board Clerk Hunter Ristamaki grew up in northern Pine County, Minnesota, where a childhood spent hunting and fishing with his family forged his lifelong commitment to the outdoors. To Hunter, these activities are more than just traditions; they are a vital way of life that requires active protection. He joins the board of Hunters 4 Hunters to serve as a voice for outdoorsmen and to ensure that future generations inherit the same opportunities he has enjoyed.
