Contest Rules:

Contestant must be 18+ or have an adult enter for them.
All photos must be owned by the person(s) submitting the entry.
Photos MUST include Trail Camera stamp at the bottom.
Submissions must be made by December 31st at 11:59pm
NO AI or EDITING of the photos.
Entry fee is non refundable
Winner will be selected by a panel of H4H Board members/volunteers.
Submitting photos gives H4H the right to post them on our facebook and social media pages to help promote the contest.

Age: Open to legal residents aged 18 and older (or minors with parent/legal guardian consent).
Ownership: All submitted photos MUST be original trail cam content taken by and owned exclusively by the person submitting the entry. Stock photos, photos taken by third parties, or images downloaded from the internet are strictly prohibited.

Entry Fee: A non-refundable entry fee of $10 is required per photo submission. Multiple entries are allowed, provided the $10 fee is paid for each individual image.
Submission Deadline: All entries and payments must be submitted online by 11:59 PM EST on December 31st. Late submissions will not be accepted or considered.
File Format & Quality: Images should be submitted in high-resolution JPEG or PNG format. High-resolution files ensure optimal visibility during judging and social media display.
Ethics & Modifications: Photos must capture authentic wildlife or natural scenes. Digital manipulation beyond basic exposure/contrast adjustments, cropping, or color balance is not permitted. Baiting practices must comply with local wildlife laws.

By entering the contest, participants grant H4H a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish, display, distribute, reproduce, and promote the submitted photos.
H4H retains the right to post submitted images across all official communication channels, including but not limited to the H4H website, Facebook, Instagram, promotional emails, and future contest materials. Photo credit will be provided where reasonably feasible.

Judging Body: The winning photo(s) will be selected solely at the discretion of the H4H Board of Directors.
Judging Criteria: Entries will be evaluated based on originality, image composition, quality, and overall visual appeal.
Winner Announcement: The winner will be determined and officially announced on or before the final day of January.
Notification: The winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, H4H reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize details (e.g., cash prize, gift cards, or gear) will be specified on the official entry landing page.
Prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed within 30 days of the announcement. Any applicable local, state, or federal taxes associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner.

H4H is not responsible for technical glitches, lost or late electronic submissions, or payment processing errors.
H4H reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules, contains inappropriate content, or infringes on third-party rights.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless H4H, its board members, officers, and affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance of any prize.
